  1. Hi Sorry Yes, I did appeal and it was "allowed" so I was successful, having read some other threads I do believe that I am entitled to "back pay" but I am not sure if this is automatic procedure. Thanks
  2. Ok I thought once I had been to see the adviser this would start the ball rolling?
  3. Having had my Esa appeal allowed and placed in a Work Related Activity Group I am now going for my 1st appointment at the jobcentre to see a personal adviser. Do I ask the adviser if I am entitled to any back pay I have been on ESA since last June when I "failed" the Atos Medical or does anybody know if this is "automatic" from the DWP? I have been on the flat rate of £71 since June 2012.... Many Thanks
  4. Hi sorry to hear about your cancer I had my medical inMay and it was about 4 weeks when somebody "phoned" to tell me that I was "fit" for work and decided to appeal against the decision, which I did within the "4" week period now I am waiting for a Tribunal Hearing as I dont agree that I am "fit" for work. Hope this helps I dont want to go into too much detail about my case Thanks Michy
