I received a letter from these jokers today I have been out of the UK since April 2006 and last paid any debt i hold in June 2006. I am concerned about sending a statute barred letter as I have to put my name on it surely this is acknowledging the debt? do i sign can i print the letter or hand write it I will of course send it signed for to the head of collections they are threatening me with a bailiff:mad2:
