GOD KNOWS whatevet their schemes or arrangements are....i dont know how you checked it and I never knew this before..good to know now... All i know right now..what is my weekly rent liability is which is 500p/w....

Yes i said before its temporary accomodation not permanent, And we placed in this flat by WCC. Not from private landlord.

I think its O2domanion housing group...which used to be Connought, Connought went under administrator beginning of last year something... due to recession.

No guys... its £500 p/w Rent. But its not the Question here....Any help how can i avoid the possession of the house...and Fix the mess i am into it and restart it again... Your comments and help will really appreciated.

NO... ITS 2 bed room flat...Its common in that council i remember when i used to live with my other friend who has their house from Nottinhill association they are paying £950. a week for 4 bed flat... not a house..

hello there, Once again Thanks for the input,. They did serve me NOTICE OF QUIT in August.. But i went to Housing Benefit to inquiry about the situation. At the time they didn't tell me why they are not paying for HB. At that time i realized, Situation is gone worse, Because its my first time i am working as a self employed wasn't really know how system work as a self employed and didn't get right direction from accountant. Even till now they haven't accused me for anything All the time they saying.. they are looking into the file and meantime your account is suspended and we are investigating you.... Its just i know what i did and i want to fix it before things get worse.... Now i have changed the accountant and get the Right account sorted out... So please can i get good advice how can i avoid this Bad situation. There must be a way out of it.. all i care about My kids.. don't want them to lose the roof over heads...Its my fault not them... Please any good advice or tip......

Hello every body, Thanks for the reply.... Sound familiar.. well i am on the this forum first time... Please i need help... Well Cannot i just ask from council to recalculate my benefit dating back and what ever is my share.. i can pay off and start again. Because on my flat the weekly rent is too much about £500 p/w and full rent arrears are about 10k. Cannot i just ask them to recalculate my benefits and i can pay what every contribution they calculate for me? Many thanks

Hello Everybody, This Forum is Great and I couldn't believe,Real Good people out there who take real time out and gives honest advice to another human being to get his life sort out..... "Its really a best Gift from from a mankind to another mankind." OK! My story is, I am having a problem with my local Council. The problem is kind of created by myself. I was claiming housing benefit and i am self employed person. I did not disclosed my accounts properly. I know... i know... Its all my fault.... but i have learn my lessons means now council is doing investigation about me and they stopped my H.B. few months back ago. And arrears were building up and now arrears are too high and they are taking me to County court for Arrears.. As i said above i have learned my lessons and want to fix the mess i created but don't know where to start. i am bit afraid they might go heavy hand on me as i have wife and kids, i don't want them to suffer with me all because of my mistakes.... Council hasn't accused me for Fraud or anything yet but i know deep down i made it mistake... Now i want to fix it....Don't know what to do...... Any help or advice i will really appreciate.... Many Thanks.
