I dont know how to start a new thread yet, i have just joined this site and not sure of my way around yet.

I also need some advice about the money shop. I posted in another thread but will post here too. My son got himself into a mess with money shop and cannot pay them back. He is also having issues with his bank account so I offered to pay this loan off or in full as they call my landline about 6 times a day and driving me insane (I have stopped answering my phone). However, after reading about the money shop on a couple of threads how they have been taking authorised payments from people's bank accounts I am unwilling to call them and pay them with my debit card or credit card. I have no idea what to do, i really do not want them having any of my bank details even though this is not my debt nor in my name and just want to help my son get out of this mess and STOP them from calling my house phone all day long from early in the morning. Any ideas how i can pay them without giving my bank detail? Much appreciated...

I need some advice about TMS repayment. My son took out a loan and landed in serious financial difficulty. I decided to pay off this load as they are adding lots of interest every month. However, I have read on here that TMS are taking out unauthorised payments from people's banks and I am now reluctant to give them even my bank details in case this should happen to me even though this is not my loan nor in my name. Any advice as how I can pay this debt without giving my bank details. Many thanks.
