In February 2009, I entered in 18 months contract of mobile broadband (orange) that ended in July 2011. All the payment of bills has been taken directly from my account regularly every month till end of contract. Following end of contract I disabled the online payment setting of my account because there was no any outstanding dues on me in respect of bill etc. But surprisingly when contract ended your company renewed the contract itself without my consent and even they didn’t bother to inform me that we have renewed your contract. They were continuously keep charging bill every month even I haven’t used single kb of data since they renewed the contract. I was surprised when they first contact me during end of October2011 about the payment of bills. I refused to do so. i have also made complain against their debt on Orange customer services, which still in process. Now I have received notice from DLC for debt before 29 of February 2012. Please advise me what I can do now? Many thanks
