I had a similar phone call from a company called Carter & Co, They demanded that I clear the outstanding balance before court and bailiff action. I made a payment in full to the account. I managed to find out they are linked to a DCA based in Liverpool, The company's details are as follows: Carter & Co Managing Director a Mr Terry Sanderson 14/08/1958 Based in the lovely SW1 area of London!!! These guys are ruthless!! They all use ALIASES I spoke to a Sarah, Joe Middleton and a Mr Singh! They did however offer me a settlement figure that was a reduction of about 60% of the TOTAL DEBT! Mr Sanderson also has a number of financial interests in the pay day loan industry with WONGA.COM and QUICK QUID!! He is a major investor in all of these companies. I understand he oversees all the collections for all of the above companies!!! VERY FISHY!!
