If this is their t&C's then it answers this in my book throw their own T&C's at them and say if they don't uphold them then you will go to trading standards with this Personally I would go to TS anyway for the treatment they have recieved

You could also write a letter telling your bank not to pay any money to them, and hand deliver it to your branch in the morning so they can get put through the system quicker
