  1. When you converted it was there any option to compress, maybe this is the problem?
  2. Some systems run on coaxial, try that option. Try googling "up the coax"
  3. the new update prevents any security problems such as before.
  4. We have a customer who is a solicitor who purchased an electronic advertising board from us, it was working perfectly when it left us, however the customer has contacted us and told us after 3 weeks of having the unit that it does not work, the screen is damaged. However our terms and conditions state that the goods must be inspected upon delivery to prevent such a situation. We agreed to take it back as they threatened all sorts of legal action (when we have done nothing wrong!) Now they have returned it with the power lead cut off! What can we do?
  5. I am having a very similar experience with zero response from telephone calls, emails etc. When I call I am told they are "very busy"!! The reception staff are very rude and unprofessional.
