  1. Just a bit of info from my point of view. I had all the notice of intention letters referred to above however I have actually received the claim forms from Northampton County Court so I would expect them to follow. I have lodged my defence along with my email trail which was all ignored (my amount borrowed was £300 however they claim £778.50 having ignored all my emails and refused to provide account breakdowns). I am expecting judgement shortly so will let you know how it goes (I did use some of the terminology used earlier in this thread so thanks very much to the poster for that)One thing about safeloans is clear - they are happy to issue court forms but it can't be too long before the judges start pulling them up on their shoddy behaviour and abuse of process...hopefully I receive a decent judgementFor what its worth I did have an email from Vaneese Tucker in their so called litigation department offering to settle the £778.50 over 4 months. I'd rather take my side with a judge and see how it goes, although i still don't have too much confidence in the legal system when it comes to dealing with shocking payday loan co's
  2. Had a message from Lending Stream today, passing my debt over to these guys (I have been trying to get lending stream to agree to a repayment for a year they have just ignored me so I stopped chasing). Credit Resource Solutions Ltd operating with company registration number : 04690879 and consumer credit licence number : 0536459 This lot have a more professional look about them, and their website includes names and faces to contact, so hopefully this is a step forward for lending stream
  3. Just wondering if anyone else has had any experience with Safeloans? Just had a call with their collections department following a "pre-court notice", they refused to discuss my loan with me as it was in a pre-court issue stage, nor would they provide me with a breakdown of my account. I have just counted the emails I have sent them - to both email addresses on their website (as well as two short phonecalls asking them to reply to my emails) - over 20 sent in total and no reply. When asked why they didn't respond and why I couldn't have an account breakdown all the comment that was made was "tell it to the judge" I'll admit they've sent quite a few letters but surely they can't ignore all my emailed responses and issue court proceedings in the manner they have? I even offered the 1 month interest plus loan at the start of my email chain back in January.
  4. like the fact he has said solicitor at both cfo and mt collect. Poor guy...
  5. They also sent the following to me beforehand when questioned on their communication policy:- I will make a note on your account, that I am dealing with this account and not to contact you on the telephone but I am unable to stop the messages as the system automatically sends these. They have since gone very quiet when I pointed out that they have just admitted sending threatening texts saying someone is at your home/work now automatically generated from their system. I'm fully prepared to go to court with these, in fact i'd probably welcome it right now as I'm so sick of them.
  6. Latest email from MT:- I may like to point out this will be my final response on the matter. We DO NOT add the fines to the account, CFO do this, as mentioned you can contact them on 0208 166 1472. We have now rectified the emails, all emails go to our Inbox. We do not 'ignore' emails, as mentioned before, we have a high volume of emails to respond to which can delay a response. If you wish to take this matter further, we will respond when we receive the official complaint. Regards, MT Collect Admin Team and my response.. Thanks for your below email, I thought all responses were now meant to go through yourselves but now you are directing me back to CFO. This is very confusing, are you saying you are no longer handling the debt? You mentioned earlier that complaints should go to you and you would advise CFO in respect of any disclipinary proceedings, so I assume you are no longer stating this? You have also contradicted yourself as you say you do not ignore emails 3 lines after stating this would be your final response. Can you confirm who I should be liaising with in respect of the debt or will this question be ignored? Think I may have upset someone?
  7. I've just had this email from MT Collect, I already asked them to explain how they would intend to impose disciplinary actions on a company they continue to state is completely separate from themselves and asked them to clarify whether they are refusing to supply a trading address for themselves. Good afternoon, If you wish to complain you could email the complaint to us, remembering times, names and dates so that we can deal with the complaint officially and apply disciplinary action where needed. Alternatively, if you could send to us in writing the complaint to the following address: Mitigate Trace And Collect Payment House PO BOX 66675 London E11 9EG We will then forward this to the correct manager, and take necessary disciplinary action where needed. Regards, MT Collect Admin Team
  8. Why should people have to call you? I have sent about 10 emails which get no response, you clearly don't like answering because you can't dish out your threats on email as people can record them. Also, I would say that most "don't pay them" comments are in respect of the ridiculous charges you add on and fail to justify consistently. How can you defend the actions of MT Collect and the text messages/abusive calls that are sent? I am glad you seem to have stopped referring to them as an external party though, i did enjoy that one. Also, I assume i can come down and discuss my outstanding loan personally with you, seeing as i get offers of visits from yourselves enough?
  9. BigChap - not unbelievable at all. Note the new Daniel Bishop thread, I guess people are making enough noise now for them to sit up and take notice - will be interesting to see if they stick around to justify their scandalous behaviour anyway. As people will say, cancel your card immediately or it will keep happening. If you can't record calls, don't speak to them on the phone at all, keep everything to emails (somethng with as per Bishop's threads are not their preferable contact method - simply because they can't make as many threats there as it leaves a trail, don't expect any response on email but at least you'll have your chain of communication - look to send all emails in the post aswell to their office if you have the money to).
  10. This is interesting, why don't you get yourself onto one of the many other threads and justify the actions of MT Collect?
  11. Hi all, does anyone have an email address for minicredit that actually gets a response? I have had a couple from their claims at minicredit but nothing helpful
  12. Hi Beensilly, the email I used was errol.damelin @ wonga.com best of luck, maybe try balanceoffer @ wonga.com aswell. Ignore the spaces, won't let me post email addresses with less than 10 posts.
  13. Couple of comments on these, they are the lowest of the low, I believe my outstanding amount is now over £1k and have had the usual threats of visits etc. One of the issues I have had is their claim that all emails questioning the validity and enforceability of their contract from me were delivered to their spam folder (I had no response when I asked why they didn't review this, I assume because they are lying), hence their complete lack of replies for months. They stated their spam folder was deleted on a daily basis however they managed to locate my emails when I phoned them which kind of goes against their previous comment about them being deleted anyway. I am now making a point of printing emails I send to them and putting them recorded delivery in the post. I have always said for these to bring me straight to court as I would like to see them justify things like this to a judge but they have gone quiet for now.
  14. As mentioned, MT collect are I believe a trading name of CFO, although they seem to constantly state they are external and have no connection. If anyone has a debt with these, they are undoubtedly the worst of the bunch imo, i'd advise anyone to record any call from them if possible as the comments they make are laughable and illegal most of the time.
  15. In my experience, PDE will give the usual rubbish about not agreeing to payment plans, requesting doctors notes, bank statements etc for a couple of months before agreeing to a plan, however they will eventually and won''t add on the ridiculous charges to the extent of Minicredit, who I will now have the unfortunate pleasure to deal with...
