  1. The FOS does not have jurisdiction over things that happened before it existed as the business was not covered by it at that time (it cannot have been, as it did not exist.). Sadly, that is the end of the matter with FOS.
  2. No, no, the figures on how many complaints are upheld - you said 'I can twist figures as well'.
  3. 1. Limitation act - 6 Years is from the date of Breach. 6 Years from date of 'knowledge' only applies to Tort claims (basically and generally this is Personal Injury only). So you could only claim 6 years form when you claim. And even if it was from knowledge, the FOS upholding a claim would not be 'knowledge' - Knowledge is when you have some idea that you might have been wronged, and some idea of the identity of the wrongdoer.
  4. Twist How? What kind of twisting are you suggesting there is? Do you understand the figures? Or are you just unhappy you didn't get the result you wanted?
