  1. If you search for him on linkedin you might find him there
  2. ffthorpe071: Where did they get your address from? If they contacted the DVLA and duped them into believing that they should hand over your details, then they've broken the law. Collect the evidence and take them to Court - that will put an end to it for certain.
  3. Have a look for HFO on google, go to their website and find their address. Enter their postcode into google maps and you'll see that the large corporate building doesn't appear in the photographed street view. Surprisingly, HFO and Roxburghe and Graham White Solicitors are all located in the same place. Collect your evidence and take them to court.
  4. Silverfox1961: If you have evidence of the agreement or if money was extorted from you under false pretence or intimidation, take the relevant person to court. Issue them with papers - that will put an end to it. CT
  5. Just take them to court, collect the evidence and issue them with legal papers. Track down the person who is causing the problem and serve the papers for harassment. If you don't owe anyone money and you've disputed claims, then take them to court.
  6. Interesting tactic crem, but very passive. It will solves the one off surface problem but does not resolve the root cause of the problem. For the less clued consumer who might pay the money owed a passive approach hasn't helped. Do something about it, so that your fellow consumers who may not have the time or nerves to stand their ground and get duped. Shut them down before they participate in further illegal activity. I recommend "action" to place control firmly in the hands of the consumer. Find out who the **** are and then turn the tables on them - don't let anyone intimidate you. CT
  7. Whatever became of this? Did you end up paying in the end? If you are still having problems, the first thing to do is find out who you are dealing with. A people who operate on the fringe set up companies at an alarming rate. I think what scares most people is the unknown, it is important that you track down the people who are actually chasing you rather than an unknown company: If you search for the company you are looking for at UK data you will be given an address, then you should search for the address in google. You'd be surprised what you find. PM me if you have a problem CT
