hi all, I'm new to this site and got a similar letter today...scared the bejesus out of me!! So am I right in thinking that if Mint haven't got a signed consumer credit agreement from me that I am not eligible to pay the debt? I am hopeless with money, hence the credit card debt, and would appreciate any answers in layman's terms............I just seem to be working to pay debts and 0845 numbers at the moment:(
