"witness not party to the bill" does not mean as you have stated "witnessed by a third party who has nothing to do with LogBook Loans" can be an employee but not a director, the contract is between LBL and yourself, not the witness who becomes a 3rd party. Sorry to burst that bubble, but the other things are correct, 7 days starting the day after agreement signed. -

Checked sia site, only applies for monetary reward, ie payment to remove clamp, LBL recovery people are not doing that they are waiting for recovery truck to arrive.. They are not charging for release of the clamp they are only collecting the debt (or taking the car) -
