you must take the University as court as co-defendants with the clamping company, clamping company's don't bother turning up to court and collect CCJ's like a stamp collector
The University on the other hand can't bury their head and hide.

Subscribing with interest.
someone will be along who knows what they're are talking about
I'm no expert.
But
I think they were supposed to give you 90 days notice
And making someone redundant to be almost immidatly replaced with an agency working I asssume is very very naughty.

the price you paid up front (£181) suggests it was the 18 month contract
on a 24m the up front would have been around £87/89

Get this nipped in the bud
you need to get this sorted and raise a grievance against him.

Is it a new manager?
new managers like to stamp their authority a bit much.

Now Saturday afternoon, having a real good look at the work they did.
Not Impressed at all, its shoddy
Is it ok to cancel a cheque and go see the garage .

ban it outright
with the threat of a ban looming we're seeing a big increase in complaints, the clampers and tow'ers seem to be going have shifted into overdrive recently.
It's just plainly criminal its allowed at the moment, threats and blackmail.
It can never be regulated effectively, so ban it.

sounds like they are making a quick buck before the axe falls

they did.
I've asked tesco and experian why, they both answer the only reason I'm getting shot down is not being a home owner.
Considering I was applying for non secured loans is a bit of a daft and weak excuse.
Ho hum, back to the drawing board
-
Well, got declined by Sainburys loans
They didn't even ask the "we now need to do credit score" question
Their system must have not liked me
So have fired off a Tesco application.
Only asked for £5560 over 5 years
-
On a separate note I think you was unfairly dismissed.

My 13 year old 306 is starting to get ropey (rust n bad clutch), so a newer car is needed soon.
Who is actually doing non secured personal loans below 9.9%
Asked my bank (Natwest)
14.9% apr GTFOH
So, do we know who's actually lending below 9.9%apr ?
And not just using cheap advertised to suck people in.
I have 998 credit score so 1 off the best possible score you can have

Hello mate, someone will be along with advice soon.
Just remember its a sunny weekend

Nearly six million people in the UK are to be told they have paid the wrong amount of tax.
About £2bn has been underpaid via the Pay as You Earn (PAYE) system in the past two years, with about 1.4 million people owing an average of £1,500 each.
But £1.8bn has also been overpaid and some 4.3 million people will get a rebate because they have paid too much.
HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) said the "overwhelming majority" of PAYE contributions were correct.
Millions of letters will be sent to taxpayers across the UK informing them of errors in their contributions.
The first 45,000 are expected to arrive on Tuesday, with 30,000 informing recipients they are due a rebate of on average £418.
The remaining 15,000 letters will tell taxpayers they have underpaid and will have their tax code altered next year to recoup the money.
I suspect i'll be one due to my tax code being messed up my my 4 employers over the last 2 years.

This is all worrying
My mum has reassessment next week on Wednesday.
Has had loads of bone and joint ops
But that could be another thread
Back to the subject, they seem to be wilfully ignoring experienced NHS medical professionals in the pursuit of pure statistics
Help your friend to hang in there and don't let them grind him down.
