  1. im not sure nither of us have had any default notice. from them i will dig the number out that they used to contact us from i updated the address with them last year. i would have rung them up tomorrow at my branch but with it being bank holiday i have to wait until tuesday.

the address i found is this right to send the sar to

    LLOYDS TSB BANK PLC

    25 GRESHAM STREET

    LONDON

    EC2V 7HN

i must say thank you so much for your help on this too my old moto was to bury head in sand but this time i decided to fight as i kno im well in the right.

  2. last statment was 2 years ago from them it was stepping up with charges on charges etc. i moved then apart from the odd call from them demanding payment from some one i allways said account was in dispute and to take it to court. well they never took it to court i can write to them and ask for the statments to get the full break down of charges on the account

  3. hi there just had a letter from a dca to may partner but not me even tho the account is manly in my name and partner was add on.

was took over drawn a few years ago for a stolen bank card that they still allowed the transactions even tho they knew it was froad.

acount orignaly went 50p over drawn but with charges of £30 and that we refused to pay account is now sat at - £1450 all is charges we rang tsb up and they allways refused to do anything.

is there a template letter we can send to the dca to say account is in dispute.

also think they went after my partner as her credit recould was unblemished.

also im thinking of ringing tsb to get helen removed of the account and solely have it as my debt

  4. ah that explains a good but one thing i noticed on the o2 web site it said any cpw member could have the family bolt on but have to ring cpw.

rang cpw for my partners phone they claim they cant add the bolt on as o2 dont allow them yet o2 say they do.

according to o2's web page they just migrate the number back onto the o2 system.

all i can think of is cpw dont want to do it as they loose the money.

  5. well this seams a good offer not.

one of my friends added me on a old bolt on to get free calls to me and free texts etc all with out my knowledge.

only found out today when i thought i would add the bolt on to my phone to make life far cheaper.

been told i cant add my partners number as its carphone warhouse then i cant add alot of other people too.

looking at my bills im being penalised as im soppesed to get free calls and texts to this person that added me and im not.

rang carphone warhouse as o2 stated on there site cpw customers can be added to the tarrif but migrate to o2 rang cpw up they cant add or remove any bolt ons is this true or are they playing funny buggers with us.

  6. just wondering is apex discovery solutions part of commercial credit services.

had a letter other day address to occupier with regards to a person

we didnt respond but now 3 days later we get a letter from ccs chasing a debt .

also i kno we have to write to these but will they carry on with small payments say £5 to £10 a month cant afford any more.

  7. i must say nothing disclosed yet were not ringing them my partners credit file is good just that in some history i was linked to her.

would it be some one chasing my partner more than myself.

only strange thing we had happend last year was black horse rang and said we had been approved for car finance yet when we went to car dealers they said a few people had complained about them. we have had no letters from them or any one chasing my partner for debts so all i can think of is that there trying to trace me as most of my old debts are nearing stat bared

  8. also the letter i must say was occupier and my partners name on it.

i have a fealing there fishing for myself.

also is there any data protection breaches or anything broken.

and also does my partner have to comply with them and ring or just leave it and dont bother contacting them.

also does this sound like lloyds tsb we had a account that went 50p over drawn for a visa card that was reported stolen but they was still alowing payments of it when last incontact with tsb the account was over £1500 over drawn as they had added charges on charges and charges to charges.

also doing a google search sounds as if there hp but i never had any hp

  9. letter came to the occupier from apex discovery solutions.

it starts with re (partners name)

then goes on about contacting named person regarding a personal matter and we have been provided your address as being the possible residential details to our subject

if you are the person named abouve then please contact our office immediatly on telephone quating ref number whereupon further detallied information can be provided.

if however you are the person named abouve and have any information regarding the persons posible whereabouts then please contact our investigation team in confidence on the telephone number or email address below.

will this be a firm trying to trace some one else thats connected to me or does any one kno what companys they trace for.

just last few weeks a few more dca letters have been comming throu the door for the likes of severn trent water or t mobile. one was advantis for severn trent thretning court on wich i want them to do as the house i lived in the water rates was sopposed to be in with the rent but landlord shafted me and put it into my name with out me knowing then when i found out severn trent would not sort it out.

    any help would be brill

  10. im not sure i got a tax fine from a dvlni tax camara for a car that was reg with swansea but was sold to me over here but wasnt registed by me yet as it had 4 weeks of tax left and was told to leave it until it ran out to tax over here.they found me throu the finance company. i wrote them a snotty letter with a a4 photo copy of tax disk they just replied back saying camara data base not linked.

my question is tho why dont we get fines from dvla swansea when we take cars over. i think dvlni was chancing there arm and i would say there linked between the two.

  11. both sims where 3g its a nokia n95 8gb and doing some digging i now feal the phone is at fault even tho o2 are trying to blatnetly say that the phone is ok. o2 are up to something as the sim card registration is failing at the min at turn on but was told that will be normal for the next posible 24 hours as they update the networks.

signal is def worse. 3g is a no go up here so 3g is disabled in the phone and allways has been.

only time we change the 3g setting is while we visit people in nottingham as it will hold 3g all the time rather keep swapping 2g 3g.

one thing is i find strange is that the phone holds better calls and better signal with a o2 pay and go sim.

o2 are looking into transmiter data and outages in the area.

also i must say this fault is not just my phone my partners phone same make and modle has simla problems.

only thing im fairly sure of it to me is def the phone

  12. well been having complaints from people on and of for a while now ringing up and phone engaged etc. signal is down to 2 bars on the 2g used to be better but has dramaticly changed since christmas.

o2 claimed that faults with making reciving calls had to be my sim. got new sim put new sim in after activating it and guess what.

fixed the engaged making calls but signal is even worse.

now cant make or recive calls in the house now. great phone.

is there anything i can do to get o2 to sort this out also my o2 pay as you go sim gets better signal in the phone so i kno its not the phone thats faulty.

  13. best one i had was for no tax was a car brought from the midlands to northern ireland.

i scanned the tax disk it accedently turned out to be a4 size so posted that in with the words i dont expect to hear from you again on this matter.

i got a letter back saying that the english plated dvla swansea cars was not on the ni system yer right

  14. just wondering some one has owed us £300 for 5 years made no offer of payment or even tried to pay it of.

whats the legal % we can charge on the amount.

also we dont have any proof of the cash owing apart from a verbal agreament that was witnessed by my partner and sister who origanly borrowed him the cash it was also witnessed by there mum.

should we pursue this in the small claims court.

only problem is that its there brother that borrowed the cash to fix his car.

if it makes any differance where in northern ireland

  15. with what i was reading it was not going to be posible to get a refund on tax when the car was traded in but reading further into it i think they where trying to put people of returning there tax.

i will see if i can find the ni gov site that had the info and post it up to see what you think.
