Chrissielr replied to theauth0r's topic in NatWest Successes
Surely author is saying that his clicking on "judgement" was accepted? Also, I make 28 days from 28/06 to be 08/07 - am I doing something wrong? -
Well done! Another win for the small person!!

Hi Robert, take a look at rbrears posting on the General forum re section 18 and claim particulars. He had a similar experience and was successful. -
Thanks

Belated congratulations! Did you get around to posting the text as above - I've searched high and low but can't seem to find anything?

Should have started this thread a week or so ago. Have been through the letters process as per the FAQS and received standard negative responses and issued claim on MCOL as below: Claim issued 29/06/06 Claim number 6QZ42232 Amount claimed £1464.32 incl. costs and interest NatWest acknowledged the claim on 3/07/06 and I just wondered if, in other people's experiences, it is normal for them to do this to gain the extra 14 days? Thanks to everyone on this website for all the fantastic advice and support!!

Well done! Just about to start our action against NatWest and wondered if they had mentioned anything about closing your account?
