  1. Hi everyone, I don't know how to start this thread. I am currently halfway through a 3 way exchange with 2 other people, my problem is the housing officer who is handling the exchange (I believe is intentionally causing this exchange to drag out) I know that a exchange takes up to 42 days to complete from the receipt of housing papers I personally handed in everyone's mutual exchange papers at the housing office. Everyone got there inspection date a week after the papers was handed in apart from me, it took 6 weeks for me to get my inspection date. I believe this was because I have made a complaint against the officer in question so what I want to know is can this housing officer who is dealing with the paperwork also attend the inspection of my property? as I am of the opinion that she is attending just to find fault with my property in order for me to fail inspection. Any input would be appreciated Thank you. also I am intending on tape recording the inspection do I need to inform her of this if I need it has evidence at a later date
  2. 2010 but doesnt state what it is only says on my noddle account it is default on bank but i only ever add 2 bank accounts and they have never been defaulted just receive a letter today from a company called dvsl stating they are trying to reestablish contact with the person they have on there records and for me to give them a call quick google search brings up that they are capquest i wish to nip this problem in the butt straight away so any help would be appreciated by the way i wont be calling anybody
  3. hi everbody 2 days ago i decide to do a free credit check with noodle i found out that i have a default on my file from 31/1/2013 that i know nothing about for 164 pounds not sure which template letter to send out first to found out who owns this debt, i know not to contact them by phone any help would be greatly appreciated sorry if posted in wrong section its been alwhile since i have been on here and i am rusty
  4. ok i understand your points they are all valid its just i will be basically doing what i already done it just seems i am being punish even through i have paid and supplied proof in the past that is why i don't wish to co-operate i will try again one last time
  5. hi everyone in October last year i purshaced a brand tefal actifry from ebay for 165 pounds on sunday the 25th of april 2010 the handle broke of it so am not able to close it i have not contact the buyer as i wanted to know my rights first would this fall under the sale of good act would Ebay or Paypal help if buyer will not rectify situation any input would be great fully appreciated
  6. thank you planner for clearing that up its not that i have a problem with the housing association its this new officer who is very rude and doesn't know how to do her job and as got my back up stating their is no evidence of me ever making payment
  7. hi aviva firstly thanks for your input i have a couple question's if you know the answer's would like to know who's responsibility is it that the money as gone astray,am i in my right for refusing to cooperate,what laws are there. I am going to make a formal complaint as the way this as been handle i think is very poor i didn't even think they could bring grounds agaisnt me to evict when it is clearly i have paid lastly can i make a claim agaisnt them from the date of payment at 8 percent a day sorry for all the question's

  9. hi blitz at the time of the payment i was self employed the amount was part of arrears i owed totalling 800 pounds. I paid £650 cash and £150 on my debit card both pay at the same time 2 people was present at the time of payment, now they are saying that i never paid 150 and there is no evidence even through i got the notes from 2009 proving this stating when i came in the office and made payment i have a new rent officer who started in september 2009 and she is pursing this and trying to evict me out of my property i thought i could claim interest on the 150 due to their incompetence as they are stating it i haven't paid it when i have

Hi all on the 13/05/09 i made a payment to my housing association of 150 pounds however this payment went missing on the 4/06/09 brought in proof of payment from my bank however at the time of writing there are still pursuing me for the said sum i have 2 questions i paid the rent in their office on my bank card so the fact that it has gone astray is that my problem or theirs ? also can i pursue them for cost from the date of payment at 8 percent a day till present any feedback would be appreciated also i am a assured tenant and have lived at property for fifteen years

  15. hi all my problem is i want to start getting my banks charges back firstly from barcleys but i closed my account over ten years ago and dont have no account number or sort code to hand any help will be most appreciated
  16. hi i know this isnt the right place to post my enquiry but i cant find it on here basically i was refused a credit card by equifax in july this year i did a check check with experian becuase it would allow me on equifax website and i have 100 percent can i apply to equifax with a subject request form to get all the information held by themselves

  18. hi there i am definatelty going for the set aside plus my girlfriend is now telling me that she never recieve a bill from severn trent over a long period of the time she was at the property i will have to defend her case on her behalf as she is very scared if i apply for a set aside in the mean while who do i start making payments to as we could do without the hassle and do i inform them of my intentions before or after i apply for the set aside by the wat what is your specalize subject
  19. I ended my contract when it was up for renewal this year sept, so i'm no longer with them. I'd just like to know if there's any possibility of me getting any of my payments refunded, seeing as i only was able to use the service for a period of two months before all my hassle with 3 begun. 10 months for no service
  20. I've gone into a few different 3 shops, explained my situation. They basically put the blame on a different department, i actually went to a 3 shop in birmingham, they called up their customer service department on my behalf & was put through to the insurance department, who said they'd fax through a new claim form through, i waited in the shop a few hours only to be told to come back the following day in which up on doing so, was told they can't receive fax's. I can't believe i've paid a whole year for absolutely nothing, cause my sim was disconnected when i made the first telephone call to them back in nov 08. It's no use trying to tell them about it,i just get passed to & forth the same two departments.
  21. Hi all, last year Sept i took out a contract with 3 for 12 months for mobile broadband. I added insurance to my contract at £3.50 a month so the over all cost a month was £20.50, in Nov last year just two months after having my modem, i dropped my laptop & it bent, so i contacted 3 informing them that i needed to claim on my insurance for a new modem.They sent out a claim form & disconnected my sim & service,& stated it would resume once i paid £15.00 for the new modem on my insurance claim, i filled it in & sent it back,after not hearing anything from they for about three weeks, i rang them to enquire about the process with my claim,i was told they hadn't received my form,so i filled in yet another form & sent it them. After waiting a few weeks for a respond from them i made several phone calls only for them to keep saying i haven't sent the form & being passed from pillow to post & the advisor keep repeating him self. Basically i've remained to be fobbed off, whilst they have continued to take money out my account for a service i haven't been getting, in april this year,i decided to cancel my insurance for my modem, they never resolved my issue or re connected me even though i had to continue paying the £15.99 a month. I find it unfair & want to know if there is anything i can do to re claim anything, surely, it's not acceptable. I'd appreciate any feed back thanks.
