thanks for the reply OCC i sent them this and states that I wanted to see a true copy of the CCA as the one they sent seemed to have discreapancies and is a customers second copy ! they replied : we are happy to rely on this document in any future proceedings "

can they just supply any terms and conditions !!!! if I requested them also on the CCA its states another account number, dont know what this is I had no other dealings with them prior what should i do now SAR Black Horse

sorry to bump this but is this an enforcable CCA ?? just one sided with no T/C need to answer them back tomorrow as had usual threatening letter etc any ideas

what I am trying to do is get account frozen to stop even more OD charges been shoved on, and pay bit off each month to clear it original OD was £500 most of that charges I owe about £250 of that, now over £800 with all charges/interest etc and cant afford to clear it all think was told Customer Credit team to contact

Do HSBC usually acknowledge SAR ?? think dropped booby local branch said could send it through internal post havent heard a peep about freezing account either be two weeks tomoz should I send a reminder by recorded delivery And what is correct address to send ??

to date I have had the Copy of the CCA and what I have paid DlC they state there is no deed of assignment but enclosed copy of an account from Black Horse I can spot loads of discrepencies and the signature I am sure is not mine and very weak any advice most welcome please

Nothing I paid over the phone the final payment and they said everything would be removed Can they keep it on my report then??

Last September I settled my account with Crap ! after some hefty charges had been put on It defaulted in May 2007 I was told they would remove everything from My credit report after settling with them Hey ho its still there showing Default, Account Satisified and a number 8 What can I do to get this sorted Also I claimed some charges back but they said the £12 were legal and not knowing what I know now I took what they offered What should I do now

Have sent letter to DCA stating dont think CCA is enforceable will wait Have read on here as the CCA was before 2005 should the terms and conditions be on the same side as the signature we werent sent any anyway!! cant wait to buy a scanner
