last November I booked with Thomas Cook to go to on holiday for June 09 had a letter from Olympic stating our choosen hotel was unavailable as the contract had ended and another one had been allocated to us. We are not happy to say the least their new choice for us looks awful and we dont want it Any advise please we have phoned TC today and they werent very helpful said they will have to phone Olympic tomorrow What can we accept, we dont want this hotel, we have a new choice and dont want to pay any more money paid a hefty deposit to boot as well

am not worried by them but is there a time limit to all of this do they ever give up must be costing a fortune in postage its now dropped of my credit file

thanks for the replies much appreciated I really want this default removed as when I settled the account they said that they would have a letter to say that my account is clear and my credit file will be updated by them but only states settled this is still having a big impact on my credit score# in the SAR bump they sent me no copies of the original default notice and I am sure I never received one dont know which way to go now

never had anything for Blackhorse but still getting letters from Hilsden saying they are awaiting further docementation I want ti really blow them away now for ever any suggestions or letter I can use am getting sick of their letters

whats the latest news on the bank charges front ??? is it looking hopefull ????? as expected had no reply to my complaint, after clearing the balance last month they still managed to put another 82p interest on this month havent submitted my claim yet due to having to find above

evening all, how aI re things looking on the bank charges front, I have been busy of late and havent filed my claim at court update I paid my overdraft off the other day with the charges it had reaached over £900 and the they wouldnt listen to any offers of monthly payments my friend put the money on their card because I am desperately trying to sort my cra files out when i phoned to pay they accused me off fraud I am very angry and intend to make a complaint, any ideas to what I can say and should I file my court case cheers

wonder if anyone can help is there a letter I can send Legal Direct they have put a default back on my file but I havent had any letters off them and I dont even know who they are I have heard nothing since from Littlewoods or Fredrickson but now this. Looked at the paperwork had magnifying reading glassed 2.5 could just make it out, No mention of default letter and no copy of it akso had some charges back but only a small amount and there are loads of £12s on there I want the default removed any ideas for a letter or template also should I put in a new claim for charges and there is also PPi not much but there no CCA AT ALL was supplied
