  1. Just noticed they have charged me another £160 overdraft excess fee for last month, this charge is not on my moneyclaim spreadsheet as it was after the initial claim. Can this be added now? if not what is the best route of action to recover this theft.
  2. Good on you m8, thats exactly what i would have done. Theres no way you should tell moneyclaim its been dealt with until they pay you? Surely that is a test to see how daft you really are?? CONGRATULATIONS by the way !!!!!
  3. Just finished a nice letter for their solicitors, detailing everything they've asked for. Included the spreadsheet and mentioned that interest will be ongoing due to a rate of 0.00022 being added daily. How do they like them apples !!!
  4. Received a Solicitors Letter today. Sechiari, Clark and Mitchell. Asking for me to provide these: 1. Each and every individual amount of the charge that you are claiming and are disputing. 2. The date of each and every charge that you say was deducted from your account. 3. How you calculate the interest 4. How you calculate the sum of ........ I guess this is the norm ? Is it ok to just send the spreadsheet of charges?
  5. Lloyds have acknowledged on the 15th, thats time up on the 13th July. Bet the swines string it out till then as well.
  6. P.M. me your email addy m8, i'll mail you mine that i did 2 days ago, all you will have to do is change the amounts.
  7. Moneyclaim Filed 06.06.2006 6QZ36137 There u go mods you can add that to your database.
  8. Ohh Lorraine i would pay a fortune to see bailiffs go into a branch, that would make the branch look like a joke !!! Of course the local paper would have to be invited as well ;) I'd love to see the list of items that the bailiffs would list for auction, hahahaha
  9. Toffee you must read the faq's and as many of the posts as your head can handle. That address is not used anywhere on this forum as an address to post DPA requests. Everything you need is in the stickys and templates forums.
  10. Excellent m8, thx for that.
  11. Filing with Moneyclaim now, but hit a snag. Which address do i use for the fendant, Is it my local branch or head office or where i sent all letters (birmingham) thx, just spent the last hour looking for the answer but couldnt find it in other posts.
  12. My moneyclaim should have been filed on the 23rd of May, but due to having NO money i could pay it so i held back until funds arrived. Will it be ok to file with moneyclaim now? or will i have to resend all letters to the bank to saty within a timeframe. thx Dappa
  13. ahahahaha reading that has made my day m8. p.s. if you do can you take a photo of the bank managers face for us
  14. Surely people are refusing based on no.4 ?? Are you not waiving your rights to future claims by accepting this. Is this request from the bank legal? It seems that they are asking you to accept the fact that they will take unlawfull charges from your account again. Isnt that why we are here? Well Done on your claim m8, btw
  15. Im sure i read a thread in here that covered all of this m8. Did you use the templates for all of your letters as they have specific sentences in requesting not only your charges back but your default as well? If you did then surely lloyds are expecting you to fight the default as well as the charges.
  16. Tremendous news m8, ohh and when you have your account review dont forget to tell them that if they charge you again you will sue again
  17. Ahh my original sig was correct then? boy am i confused here. Sorted now, back to what it was, the spreadsheet calculates how much interest you would have earned on a charge a few years old for example... Right im back on track. Cheers Lou
  18. I honestly think the courts are pee'd off with these claims going in then nobody turning up at court to fight the case. Surely these people are getting a timetable of events daily, then nothing happening because lloyds are settling out of court. My opinion is this is to force lloyds to settle before getting to scc to save wasting the scc time.
  19. Yes m8, an example is my claim in my signature.
  20. You do not send any letter including the 8%, this is ONLY added when your file with moneyclaim. The interest that you are trying to calculate is the interest that was charged as a result of lloyds taking charges out that actually made you overdrawn. Its very complicated to work out, and many people including me dont include it, just because i would not want an error to hinder my claim for thousands. We are just hapy to claim charges, then 8% interest when the time comes.
  21. Thats certainly what it looks like to me m8, if this is correct its fantastic news for us.
  22. Dip them in vinegar, thats what i do to my daughters nails, lol. Keep that chin up m8 your payout is on its way !!
  23. This question has been asked a thousand times m8, look in previous posts and also read all of the FAQ's, takes a while but its worth it.
