I know that Abbey Buisness Banking is not part of the test case but can you make a claim under the hardship route? Got letter back from them saying not part of the case and hardship does not affect them . cheers

i understand its one or the other dont really want to go though all the hastle again of the court ,so would the fos be the best way and easier way?

Made a claim some time ago against abbey business and had a nice payout ,since claim has been payed had a number of charges . Just gave Abbey business a call and was told ABBEY BUSINESS is not part of the test group is that true or and i being fibbed to and does that mean that i can still make a claim against them in the courts?????

Hello all,im a self employed window repair man,last 3 days i have been working a round a ladies house as far as i was concerned every thing was fine un till today at 6.00 she called me and asked me not to come back and she will not be paying me either ,the whole job is £1300 but i have asked for £500 ,i understand she has the right not to have me work in her house,but she has gave me to chance to put right the so called complaints ,and i beleive as most of the hard work is done she is trying to tuck me up,where will i find out about my rights as a trades man? Is my only action going to court?

i had a warrant issued against me for a parking fine but have managed to get it put on hold until court case next week but drakes srill keep on phoneing me and have just recieved a phone call from a baliff who will be round in 40 mins what do i do,if he tries to gain entry shurly its breaking the law ? claim number As you are properly aware we have an appointment at Norwich County court on ///of August at @pm for a preliminary hearing which the judge has said "HE FEELS THE DEFENDANT HAS NO REALISTIC CHANCE OF SUCCESS " . I am giving you the chance to settle before the court case is heard and want to check that you have all the information that you might need if you intend to defend this case so you can not claim you have not received any thing you may wish to use in court . Just phoned up the court to ask if a bundle is needed and the lady said no its basically the judge is putting the ball in abbeys court to see if they wish to use my case as a test case or want to settle before the case is heard in full
