It's good to see that someone's keeping an eye on this thread PD, I got fed up of the little bumps and was saving myself for a big one! Kia's sorting the bucket out ~ it could take some time UK must be busy with his screwdrivers CF's off on his top secret mission he could tell us all about it ~ but he'd have to shoot us if he did, so he's taken a vow of silence ~ which he'll find it quite uncomfortable, particularly if he's wearing the see throughs with the strategically placed dangly bits! :jaw:

And, if anyone was sad enough to read it from the beginning, they'd be in serious need of help when they reached the end! Still, it kept us amused while we were winning our bank charges back from Abbey and it's been here through lots of ups and downs for all its contributors, even if we only pop in to say hi now and again. Caro, you need to read this thread from the beginning ~ we decided we'd be too hot in leathers so we went for less weighty attire! And UK ~ you know better than to suggest we'd be in a hedge anywhere, we demand a much more comfortable environment 8-)

Final update... I have just posted a letter telling the court that I no longer wish to persue the matter. So, that's the end of this story - no fairytale ending for this one.

You're right Kia ~ UK would struggle living up to CF's high moral standards. And, speaking of CF , I have news - make sure no one's listening Kia, shut the door and I'll tell you ..................... he's on a top secret mission - so secret even he doesn't know what it is!

Quick update... I didn't amend my POC and I didn't respond to the useless order that Abbey kindly sent to me. Yesterday I received General Form of Judgement from the court, it orders that the stay is lifted and gives me 'til 4pm on 23rd Februsry to let them know in writing whether I wish to proceed, if I do, i have permission to amend my POC or Defence and Counterclaim. If no action by either side then it'll be struck out with no order for costs. Or I can apply for a set aside but I have to do that within 7 days... Decisions, Decisions. Has anyone had any luck with Abbey since the Supreme Court Decision? I seem to remember that S French was doing something? If Anyone know that outcome? Any advice would be gratefully received. :-)KK:-)

Oooohhhh! I've been a bit busy moving house for the 2nd time this year So, this is a belated "Merry Christmas" to CF and the Angels ~ I hope you all had a lovely time and a slightly early "Happy New Year!" I hope 2011 is a good one for us all. Lots of this..... and not too much of this ....
