being accused of theft with no evidence
Ihatedca's replied to chionardo's topic in Employment and minimum wage problems
What are you talking about i know exactly what i am talking about. I was getting accused of fraud which i did not do so please tell me how they can sack you without going through the proper process. They cannot just dismiss you at any time. That is just stupid to even think that they could just fire you and that is that they have to give a reason and it has to be a good one just because you cannot take them to a tribunial does not mean that there are not other things you can do. -
Exactly

Defaults and The Banking Code
Ihatedca's replied to Jamesx81x's topic in Data Protection and Default Issues
Yep it woud but as i said i think the queen made it mandatory anyway but someone would have to confirm that for me. -
I am ashamed that there are people on this thread not defending their rights. So the new laws come from tesco signs do they. No if they had give the op the item for free then fair enough but they did not it was paid for with money and if someone has earned money and spent it in the trust that tesco would provide a decent product then they shouls have the right to get there money back anytime not just when it suits them that is like going up to a hospital with a hole in your head and them turning round and saying sorry but we are understaffed could you please come bac tomorrow.

talk talk broadband issue
Ihatedca's replied to phat256's topic in Broadband and other Internet issues
Talk hijack lines all the time and they leave people stuck really I have to to say that in your situation i would got to the authorities about them and make them pay and not want to do it to any more people. -
I agree with you about the complaints because as i said i work for them so i take complaints but there is not as many about sky as you think. We work of a ticket system so i can see exactly how many customers have had a problem now i am not going to say but i can tell you that it is a very small no.

talk talk broadband issue

Your options are as follows: Make a complaint to talk talk and tell them that you will report them to the public authoritys(eg. oft) if they do not cancel the bb straight away and then you would have to get o2 to reprovide your broadband. -
Virgin Media Problems
Ihatedca's replied to wildheart83's topic in Broadband and other Internet issues
Ok mate this is the exact same thing i went through with virgin they think they are so smart all i did was sent a letter saying that they had miss sold a new contract to me without my knowledge or consent and that i was going to go to public authoritys and the press if it was not rectified i had virgin on the phone apoligising and canceling my contract when i asked and they said that i had been mislead and that there was no contract on my account and the the op that said that isps blame everything but themselfs it does not go like that i am a senior broadband tech and there are certain ways of doing things it makes more sense to send out a new router or modem and than to send out an openreach engineer that costs £120 before you even start. And then if the issue is not resolved and it turns out to be the router then you have just wasted money and the customers time. -
Our rights are the only things we have as consumers so we shouls fight tooth and nail to keep them Just my view anyone tries to breach my rights and i will stomp on them end of story no matter how small. Next tesco will be bringing out a no water Week. On no water Week the whole world is not allowed water. lol All i am trying to say is that no matter how small the right it is still a right at the end of the day and should always be enforced.

National Broadband Speedfinder project - beta
Ihatedca's replied to BankFodder's topic in Broadband and other Internet issues
Well broadband speeds vary depending on line length and quaility and many other factors and all most all providers say up to which means they are leagally covered because they are not guaranteeing anything so there for they have provided the up to as they said. -
Ok i do not have a clue about any of this lol but i wish you good luck for the future and i hope you kick ass
