  1. Hi everyone, I have been having alot of problems at work for around a year and a half and in March I was verbally abused by my work collegue whom also pushed me. I put a grievance in following which was upheld, yet I have still been kept off of work for a month so far until the situation is sorted, for my own safety yet the other individual is still at work.   2. Hello, This is my first post in this forum but i'm hoping that a few of you could kindly give me some advice. My organisation is currently in the middle of the TUPE process and the new employers have offered me another possition within the company although this is only part time and for a fixed term compared to my current full time permanant contract. Becasue the new possitions T&C's are no where like my current T&C's i have the choice of redundancy if i refuse the new possition.
