Hi Penny I have just claimed from Barclays on behalf of my sister-in-law,court date for the 26th June 2007,she received phone call today from the Bank offered her 900GBP claim was for 765GBP just hang in there they will settle, all be it the last minute. Best of Luck

Good Luck I am now in the same position with Barclays lets hope they turn up for court,i very much doubt because they know these charges are just day light robbery come on Banks pay up and look happy. Rolling Stones

Started a claim on 17 feb 2007 giving 14 days notice to pay 760 pounds had a reply 28 feb 2007 saying that they are looking into my concerns and that they would contact me before 19 March 2007,I phoned them that i am not prepared to wait that long,posting letter to them 2 March 2007 giving a further seven days to pay up in full or i will commence court proceedings,they are using delaying tactics,dont let them they have unlawfully taken money out of our accounts and they know it.
