Hi This happened to me, I phoned the appeals service and explained the issue, the lady was very helpful and immediately put a note on my file asking for a urgent hearing, also telling me to write to the appeals service requesting a urgent hearing, lo and behold my appeal date came 2 day before the car was gonig to be taken back. All I can advise is that you contact the appeals office and ask for a urgent hearing, and also if you get a date speak to the motability people advising them of the date and pehaps they will delay the reprpossesson of your car. I won my appeal to have my Higher rate DLA last week (25th Jan) and 7 days later recieve a letter telling me that I am now to be transferred to ESA and have to go through this system. Coincidence!!!! I would like advice and any links in how to deal with this as this system seems to be more than a little biased.

Hi all, I wonder if anyone can advise, Lloyds TSB have refunded £750 of a £1200 reclaim, and have stated this is their final decision to go to the Financial ombudsman. My question is, is it worth writing again and say sorry this is unacceptable and I'm going to small claims or will the court consider this a fair settlement?
