Hi Soappy I ahd exactly same thing with A&L. They cashed my £10 cheque within 24 hours but took until the last day allowed to get the data to me. A&L drag it out to the last day! Good luck! Hatty

Hi All I am a bit 'blond' and couldnt work out how to add new message but now the penny has dropped! On MOnday 27 November 2006 I submitted my money claim on line to calim back bank charges from A &L for £3776.16p!! When going through the data sheets I saw how often the charges they applied took me overdrawn and therefore resulted in more charges! I also could see how I have been chasing my tail for years as once you get behind financially it is so hard to get infront. It will be HUGE blessing if I receive the charges back. Im sure there are many of us who live 'hand to mouth' and so every penny helps?! Its about time we were able to get back from these large companies what they rightfully owe us. Now I wait??!! eeeek! Hello everyone. I amfeeling excited yet nervous as today I submitted my claim online for bank charges Alliance and Leicester have hit with me over last 6 years!! I had to 'borrow' court fee from a friend so I pray that all I have heard about peoples charges being paid back is correct!!. Anyone any idea how long before I might hear from A&L?
