I Have now worked out That They owe me £1695.00 in Paid Refferals and unpaid refferals for last 6 years. How do I work out the interest etc on that?? Can I claim overdraft protection too??

Hi Croc!, I Think my charges will be well over £1500 so whats the best thing for me to do. 1. Will I have to change my address in the bank to my parents address in England to get the full monty?? 2.Will i Still be able to keep my normal addrses that the bank is registered to and just use an english court if and when it goes that far. Hope I dont sound too solid, Im just unsure of a few things. Thanks for the addresses by the way. Richie
