  1. MCOL was sent on 9th feb, this is why I asked the question because i stated the oft bit on my LBA I am not making an empty threat so I want to send an OFT - Heres my case BLUENOSE81HUSKYS Vs BARCLAYS.

  3. Ok Cool Stuff!! Recieved letter from Northampton Court yesterday Deemed Served: 17th February 2007 Bank has til 3rd March 2007 to reply and file a defence now.
  4. 14 days from sent date, whether its working days or not! i.e. if you send on the 6th February 2007 the 14 days end on 19th february 2007 so send your next letter on the 20th February. Richie

Please select one of the options below: The defendant has not filed an admission or defence to my claim (Judgment by Default) You will need to decide, how and when you want the defendant to pay. You can ask for the Judgment to be paid by instalment or in one payment. The defendant admits that all the money is owed (Judgment by Admission) If the defendant has given a new address on the form of admission to which correspondence should be sent, update the defendant's details within the following Judgment request. Which one do i tick please??
  6. First Of All I am NOT on here to get out of it, I only ASKED is there any way of getting out of it as a question! I DONT WANT A BLOODY FREEBIE!! BUT if there was any way of getting out of it then I would as would anybody that is human. I Already have two cases running for Barclays bank an Halifax so Know its not to get out of paying, If your going to be as helpful as Stroppy like that then dont answer my questions at all.
  7. Request for repayment of charges - Sent 08/02/2007 From The statements they now owe me £1325.00 + £195.50 if it goes to court so 14 days from 8/2/07 = 22/02/07 for LBA to be sent.

Hi All, I am in a situation with westcott owing around £1278.00 For a lap top computer i brought 4 years ago or so, it was brought through pc world or similar company and taken out on a monthly payment scheme, however i lost my job and could not afford my payments so had to cancel my debits, They passed onto westcott and now they are demanding money. I offered to pay over the phone £50.00 PM She said the minimum we can accept is £100.00 PM I said i cant afford this She demanded i pay £100.00PM- Argument started and she slammed the phone down on me - Necky Fat slapper Eh, who she think she is!! I have had no credit agreement that i have signed whatsoever. Just telephone calls which i have made cause of their letters. CAN ANYONE HELP PLEASE?? IS THERE ANY WAY OF GETTING OUT OF THIS AND NOT PAYING? IF NOT - WHAT CAN I DO? ** ANY HELP WILL BE WELL APPRECIATED THANK YOU ALL! ** THANKS, RICHIE
  9. MCOL SENT TODAY 09/02/2007 SENT TO NORTHAMPTON COURT CLAIM NUMBER:******** LETS HAVE IT!! £1,780.00(Charges) + £310.26(8%) + £120.00(Court Fee) = £2,210.26

  13. Had letter Back Saying I had to pay five pounds, I Have finally had some money in my halifax account in which I am £2000.00 overdrawn so Paid the £5.00 2 days ago to FINALLY get my statements. - Awaiting Staements So Standby on an Update Thanks

  17. Cheers Sandbag!! I have recieved another letter this morning 20/01/07 saying they will offer me £1000.00 - I dont want to accept this cause I want the lot £1750.00!! They also said in the letter how sorry they were the charges were unfair but they however disagree with my view? - That was the standard letter number 2 from this website. - The cheek of them ay!! Now what do I do/Write ????

OK I have recieved my next letter off Mike Brophy(Customer relations manager) from the freepost address in london - saying "Thanks for the letter recieved at this office 16th jan(So they are saying its taken from the 22nd December until now to recieve that letter) , Iam sorry your unhappy with the charges incured. Your comments are recieving attention and one of my team will contact you asap. May I take this opportunity to explain that whilst we endeavour to respond to you within timescale outlined in your letter, we cannot guarantee that we will do so. Sometimes it takes longer to investigate a complaint. However we do aim to find a solution in four weeks. If we cant we will write to you. A full report or update will be sent to you within eight weeks". So Is this a standard letter and Do i now wait the full eight weeks or what??? All help appreciated - Thanks!! Richie
  19. OK Guys, that's my letter number two sent on the 22nd December 2006 including the schedule of charges without the 8% included and the Final Totals after re-Checking Came to £1720.00. If it goes to court I will then add the schedule including the 8 % Too!!

In letter number 2. prelim letter of approach it says : What I require I calculate that you have taken £XXXXX plus £XXX which you have charged me in overdraft interest for the sum which you have taken. Total £XXXXX . I enclose a schedule of the charges which I am claiming with this letter. So was wondering what i put after plus £xxx bit and how i work it out? Thanks
