I have recently recieved a copy of my credit score, and noticed there are a number of occasions, I have not paid them for one month. In reality, I have checked my statements and can prove that I have only been late by 2 or 3 days and they have recieved the payment that month. Have they got the right to record that I am a month behind with my payment, when clearly this is not the case?

I have just contacted Haliprats oop's i mean fax, they have only gone and charged me £58 for going over drawn by £2.68!!! They then have taken a previous charge of £30 so now i am over drawn by £32.68 and again they have advised me that they are now going to charge me a further £58 for the pleasure. I have contacted them by phone, and in my frustration, as they said they could not do anything as i had a good will jester last month, i have requested for 6 years worth of statements as i am seeking legel advise (perhaps the wrong move). They have agreed to send them and advised me it will cost £5 not the £10 as mentioned on your site? Could you advise me if i have told them to much in my frustration??????? PS Excellent site.
