  3. Dear all, They are not Muppets after all, they are just time wasting stallers, requesting information that i have issue in my letter. The letter i recieved today says, -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dear Mr Clarke I enclose a Subject Access request form for you to complete and return to ourselves in respect of your request for information, to which you are entitled to under Section 7 of the Data Protection Act 1998. Please complete and return the attached form and we will provide a full response in due course. In this instance, we have decided to waive the £10 fee. Therefore your £10 cheque has been cashed and this amount has been applied to your Morgan Stanley account as a credit. Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us on the freephone number above. Your sincerely Graham Gibson Data Protection Officer. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Has any one else seen this request for information form ref- (MSCrdCut 02/06)?
  4. BF, I have read nearly every link and thread on this site, I think confusion occurred due to the forms being almost identical and the time I have spent on this site. “More haste less speed required I think”. Thanks BF

  8. Dear all Just thought I would update you and advise that Mint cashed the £10 cheque today, hopefully statements will follow shortly?
  9. Thank you for your reply Bookworm. Unfortunately I do not have internet access for my BC, but I will keep a lookout for the £10 in the snail mail. If they have accepted the £10 as a payment, it just shows what Muppets they are as they can only process payments and not correspondents. Will keep you posted.
  10. Has anyone got any comments about the above I am now getting a bit concerned with the lack of advice?

  23. Dear all I have now totted up all the charges and interest and I am astounded with how much they have taken from me over the past 6 years. I am now on my way to the post box to send my letter requesting reimbursement for the grand sum of £1,048.22, which I intend to go all the way to claim what is rightfully mine. Can I also claim for compensations as they have made my finances hell due to this? Regards.
  24. Dear All, Recieved 33 letters today, 6 days from requesting them, containing statements for the past 6 Years, best £5 i have spent in ages. Currently going through statements and I have noticed that each month there is a note stating 'interest debited-notified last month'.(which I have never been notified of). The figure varies from 96p to £2.50. I assume that this is the interest they are charging me for going overdrawn. If so, am I right in thinking that they are entitled to this? I am currently totting up my charges and will keep you informed. In the meantime, if someone could let me know about the interest above. Regards
  25. Bookworm, Thank you for getting back to me, if you look at one of "Thaispartacus75" threads you will see what I mean. Regards.
