OK, got the letter paying back all of my money. Sending the letter to get it back today Thanks to everyone on here who has helped me

Sorry to hear about that. I am going to try and claim my charges back of them too. Should be owed quite a fair bit, or unfair should I say. Is the SAR letter the same one as I use for the banks or can I download one specifically for this?

Time for an update. I've filled in my AQ and heard nothing back and it's been about 4 weeks since the deadline. IS this normal? I havent sent nothing else to Barclays or the court as I haven't been asked yet. Can someone please put my mind at ease..

they don't but i have printed it off. I will just have to keep the hard copy. Oh well, have to be careful

Can I complete the pdf one in the Library and use this rather than writing on the original one they have sent? Just don't want to take a chance and have them return it. Thanks in advance Claims getting closer now, I will be donating when/if I get my 3k

How long am I looking before I send the court bundle and are Barclays likely to settle before this? Sorry these hard to answer questions. A rough idea will keep me happy lol

There is some spreadsheets on here where it does that for you from the dates and amounts you have given. Think someone called Vampress done them..

Help, Barclays have responded to my MCOL and now they have 28 days. What do I need to send and who to? I only think I should send something with reading topics on here. MCOL and Barclays haven not requested anything. Thanks in advance for your help.

Barclays. I have done all that LBA etc. I have done the MCOL. I think I have to send the court and Barclays a copy of things but am not sure what and if it's nw or when they acknowledge the claim

Filed my case today with MCOL. Wait 14 days now. No doubt they will acknowledge me on the 13th day as per usual for Barclays
