got it!! after 5 phone calls yesterday as it was the 10th working day, was a bloody struggle!! how hard is it to pay money in? they quick enough to take it! Anyway lady said they are extremely busy at the moment with claims so hope thats all you other CAg's!! Happy xmas all xxx

well i hope you hear back soon. I got a phone call the day after i sent off lba and as i couldnt talk (kids screaming!) i got letter next day first class with full offer, so fingers crossed for you

btw does anyone know offhand should they be paying backmy £10 data protection fee too?

still haven't actually got the money in my account yet, got to ring back after 9am today...do they not realise i NEED to go shopping?! anyway had 2 more charges since the settlement so may be cheeky and ask them to refund them at the same time, wouldn't mind but i had the cash in my account the same day.

thanks!! yeah i got the letter offering full settlement, signed it and returned it, just got to wait for the money to go into my account now! not sure how long that will take, but will keep u posted x

woooohooooooooo they settled!!!! The letter they sent came today and given me the full amount (minus 49.00) which had been manually intervened with. I am sooooo happy and the kids are gonna have such a great xmas now!! thankyou sooo much for help and will do questionaire and donation tomo as have a migraine now xx

I got a phone call yesterday from customer relations, she said she was calling in regard to my letters and was it convenient to talk? Unfortunatly it wasn't as was doing both the babies dinner and they were both crying so I asked her if she could possibly call back in about an hour, she said not to worry she would send me a letter out in the post. Well its been bugging me what she was going to say..even though I am guessing it was to make a good will offer, which i wouldnt have accepted..but am I right in thinking that if they do send me a 'final offer' then I can file with the court earlier and dont have to wait the 14 days?

LBA handed in to branch yesterday, receipt obtained, they have till 18th to respond...

hmm it may be worth asking a mod for it, i had a look through FAQ's for you but can't see anything about claiming once. I am doing ok handing in my LBA tomo so 14 days till court is filed!

Lba is all done and ready to be handed into branch tomorrow, scary to think 14 days from now i will be starting the court bit :s
