  1. Thanks for your reply Karen - but on the site in question you can only spend the bonus money when you have spent your real cash that's what I don't understand it told me when I was withdrawing that I would lose the bonus - So basically they are talking rubbish when they say I have abused the bonus the grounds for banning me are In the event that the Company believes a Bingo user is abusing or attempting to abuse a bonus or other promotion, or is likely to benefit through abuse or lack of good faith from a gambling policy adopted by the Company, then the Company may, at its sole discretion, deny, withhold or withdraw from any user any bonus or promotion, or rescind any policy with respect to that user, either temporarily or permanently, or terminate that user's access to the Games and/or block that user's account and confiscate funds therein
  2. The same has happened to my brother - started with all of the family getting a letter about a new bingo site called gueslistbingo - my brother joined first on 22/06/2013 and deposited £100 over the following days - On Monday he won £17,500 on slots and with drew £1000 of that as you can only withdraw £1000 day Max £3000 a month - The following day his account had been blocked so went through all email channels and today received an email today saying he abused the bonus bla bla - He won on slots, which cannot be played with bonus money - Also had my account blocked and my daughters account has been blocked. Im not letting this go surely something can be done against these crooks
  3. I will as soon as I get a reply, im hoping that it will be this week, as I got the form 2 days after I sent the email,
  4. HiIm not sure whats been going on with my case but it has been stayed in court,I think there are a few exceptions where you can continue to claim even if they said it was full and final.I did email my bank telling them I was having financial difficulties, and they sent me an income and expenditure form out, So I have filled it in and sent it back so im just waiting for a reply from then,
  5. I wrote back and accepted it as part payment, banked the cheque and a week later got a letter from wragge and co saying it said in the letter from the bank if accepted it was a full and final payment, My fault I didnt read the letter properly
  6. HiI submitted a mcol last year to the alliance leicester for charges of £2800,I recieved a cheque off them for £970 which I accepted as a part payment, they say now I accepted it as a full and final payment, anyway it still went to court, I got a letter from court saying mine had been stayed, and with that letter I recieved about 30 letters, with the details of all other peoples cases with there names and amounts they were reclaiming, obviously these belong to wragge and co, should I send them back to them, Has anyone else accepted a part payment?
  7. thats what I thought was quite shocked when the summons came, just thought i was getting done anyway, I just pleaded guilty by post because i was guilty on the day of the licensing guy coming out
  8. The licence is already paid because when the licence guy came out he set up a direct debit thought that was the last of it, I must of been randomly picked to go to court
  9. Thanks Tony, that useless form wasnt so useless after all was it , It stopped me paying bailiff fees of £220 Thanks again
  10. I went to court today, they were really nice with me and they asked me how much I could afford a month, so I told them £20, and they replied by saying £15 would be quite adequate, and the bailiff fees where wiped off, So McKenna, I gotta say thanks for giving me the strength to fight back, And as for your advice Put it in your pipe and smoke it! A special thanks to all you friendly and helpful people on here who helped me Linzi
  11. Mr Mckenna Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm I wouldnt call that enough time from start to finish, it dosent matter how long I was given if I didnt have the money in the first place! 28-02-2008 Court Date 05-03-2008 Letter informing me of court fine 27-03-2008 Letter from bailiffs, which I replied to with 4 cheques the same day which took them more than 10 days to reply to (wonder why) 07/04/2008 Reply from bailiffs refusing cheques 14/04/2008 Recieved a removal of goods notice through the door You seem to do a lot of assuming about people, I did attend court, and I may be a single parents but I work and always have done. If I do get excused, It will be thanks to you for winding me up with your advice
  12. It is the way decent and moral people are treated by [bailiffs] that make them behave like that, There is no way I am going to deprive my kids to pay bailiff fees, Im going to fight my case all the way, Linzi
  13. hello, I saw the bailiffs today I was driving home and he was on my front so I just drove past, but then I changed my mind and went back to tell him to do one lol , I told him that the case has been transfered to my local magistrates and that I have to go and show them my income and expenditure, So the bailiff said "oh you will end up paying £10 a week or summat" so with that he went, Can I ask the court to have the bailif charges removed? So fingers crossed Ill be okay Thanks for all your help on here
  14. I telephoned them explaining, and later she rang me back and said they have made an appointment for me to go to court on monday to put my case foward and in the meantime if the bailiffs come back to tell them this and they have to wait for the outcome
  15. youre getting me confused with somebody else because i havent pasted anything on here or recieved a pm from you
  16. no payment plan has been agreed as they sent the cheques back to me, I havent spoken to a bailiff, or signed any walking possession so im not sure where you get that from
  17. yep ive had a look at that site it suggests i go to the court and see the fines manager, i will go tommorow and explain to them my situation, Ive got my house up for sale because there was a repossesion on it because of arrears.
  18. hi tony, thx for all your help, I sent the suspension form to the court today, i have got all evidence from there letters although i did get it a bit wrong ( cause I was stressed) My fine was £180 Then the 1st letter that came off the bailiffs it totalled £230 thats when I sent them 4 cheques for 57.50 over 4 mths which they returned as they wanted full amount, a week later a removal notice was put through the door with a new amount of £420.00 I think that was because they had brought a little van even though I havent even signed a walking agreement so am I right in sending the suspension form in or do you think it has gone too far Should I write to the bailiffs and tell them what i have done
  19. thanks thats what ill do, they ve annoyed me that much there not getting anything, ive not even signed a walking possesion but they charged me for a van the cheeky mares going to fill in the court form today , Ive got 2 staffordshire bull terriers to look after me anyway they wouldnt get out of this house alive, I wish id of known all this in Nov I ended up paying £800 in november for a £200 council bill really messed up xmas Oh one more thing if i fill the court form in to suspend the warrant do I include there charges or just the original fine Thanks
