Just took my letter into the branch to get them to post off to Head office for me. (got no nails left - and i dont normally bite my nails!) Sent off the letter requesting Data off them with £10 fee enclosed, just waiting to hear from them now. Heres hoping!

Hey guys, new to this, been in my overdraft since more-or-less day 1, impossible to get back out of it, and -obviously- incurred several charges along the way. Been with Nationwide for 8/9 years. i have e-mailed a request fro information, but will i still have to send the £10 fro request of information? And then what is the next step, as i have only asked for the last 2 years of fees to be explained? Thanks in advance for any/all advice.

Anyone know if i can email my complaint to the bank via my internet banking, or does it all have to be in writing?:?

Hi, my name is Stew, new to the forums today. Hoping to try and reclaim some of the fees that i have paid over the past few years with youse guys help. Quite nervous about doing it, as i dont want to get myself into any more strife, but it seems this is the only way to really help myself. I find that i cannot stay in my overdraft no matter what i try, i never buy anything and i am on a good wage so dont know why i am on this position, its a viscious circle, i pay some fees and then my own payments `bounce` and i incur more fees, i guess you guys know all about it. anyway looking forward to your help in all required areas, definitely making a contribution if i get any of my fees back.
