Hi Mr Carter, I also am having problems with them. I am trying to extend my course after having an accident last year but they are refusing to help. I contacted them at the time and assured me it would be alright for an course extension but now they are being hypocrites and shoving me off the course now that it has lapsed. I am sending them a Subject Access Request to gain phone call conversations and my exams papers I have already passed. They will not as yet answer any of my questions and refusing to help. The worst company I have ever had to deal with, its all just about money with them, not customer service or training...ATL is a [problem]
