Just a update i have been advised by wonga my response should be there tomorrow 14 weeks after original complaint ombudsman are now involved but wonga insisting outcome tomorrow Whats the chances of success? surely if i wasn't going to win they would of told me by now? Regards

Hi am in the process of a complaint, wonda has had my complaint so sent into onbudsman service a week ago intotal 14 weeks from the start of the complaint just wondering what is the time scales and likley of getting some compensation of wonga i had roughly 13 loans ranging from 100-600 thanks
