Hi My Name is Greg I took out Broadband with Orange. The router was duly delivered and I plugged everything in and it never worked. I contacted Orange with great difficulty and they could not fix the problem. I contacted them on at least on 10 occasions and they said the same thing it should be working. I duly cancelled my direct debit and complained again to Orange but still no joy. I had a debt letter sent to me and felt this was a bit harsh as I had never had the Broadband working. I have paid the debt of £204.77 and have found out this has appeared on my credit history. I am applying for a Mortgage and how do I go about getting this off my records. Please help. Thanks Greg
