  1. They have also charged me over £300 for data (by removing the cap) with no notification whatsoever! I mean this was one of the main reasons I went with them and have also rang to then be told if I have a complaint go to ofcom this needs to be sorted immediately, only thing now is if I cancel am I still able to claim my money back through ofcom or will I need to stay with to resolve the issue? The policy I took out clearly stated I have the cap, to then go into it and change it without notification is absurd! and I even said to the sales guy why not ring me to tell me this as its important information, I didnt take out a policy by emailing you I took it out over the phone! he was quiet and then quoted 'You are not the first, I have been dealing with alot of customers who have been over charged since removing the cap and the procedure to follow is ofcom'
