  1. Ah ok. I thought the compressor would be for the run flats - I never asked Mini the question directly as thought the opposite! Mini have confirmed this also so your info is spot on thank you very much. Still really annoyed they said the car had run flats when they did not...
  2. I have checked in her boot and there is a compressor kit in there which says to me the tyres should have been run flat - The compressor kit is so that you can blow up the tyre again and it should last at least another 70 miles or so before deflating again. In this case, what should I do to push them to fit run flats or at least refund me some money?
  3. They said they were Run Flats when speaking to them - They say they cannot retrieve original advert and also salesperson does not remember this conversation piece. I prefer normal tyres as have had 2 minis so far myself but the point is they should have had them in the 1st place.
  4. My wife bought a Mini Cooper from Masters Mitsubishi in September 2014 - They sold it saying the car had run flat tyres - She had an issue with a flat tyre and took it to a tyre specialist who told her they were normal tyres not run flats. We contacted Masters and told them that they have not provided the tyres as detailed in the sales pitch - The managers said nothing he could do now and said the sales agent does not remember saying they had run flats and that there was nothing he would do for us. As far as I am concerned this breaches SOGA / Trading Standards - please correct me where applicable. I find it very frustrating to be fobbed off like they don't care which they obviously do not. What course of action would you say that I now pursue? Thanks Justin
