I, like most am furious that I was offered £74 when I was originally quoted £184. I asked them re-inspect and they offered £110 however I requested the phone back as I was still unhappy. I had waited a month and decided to just accept the offer as they had not returned my phone. Still 3 months down the line I have heard nothing.
