  1. How could I check? I can only search/trace sales record by an email address or a buyer ID/name, and I wouldn't know what name/id they used to buy (if they bought any)? Also Ebay only keep selling records for a few months? I can only see the records for the last few months. did you mean the same when you say ebay erase your selling records? Thanks!
  2. That's great news! Good for you, and thanks for the updates. Can you tell us how long did you/they wait until they finally give up since they sent you the first letter? How many months?
  3. I have the same thought as don't want to take risks, however they don't seem willing to settle for a smaller amount but suggest installments. I certainly cannot afford to pay what they are demanding for. Did you provide them sold quantity, profit figure etc. in the undertakings? They said they need that to figure out a settlement amount, in addition to the 1000 legal fees they asking for.
  4. Sorry I didn't know the forum doesn't allow new users to change messages off post. I asked him personally cos he is the only one who recently updated us the news of his case and kindly willing to share his experience with PB, and I wasn't sure whether he'd like to share more details openly.
  5. Thanks for warning the posters, but I am a panic trader who desperately needs advice from those who successfully settled the matter with this firm. Regarding your highlight of 5 weeks with 5 posts, I am new, but most ppl responded to this post are pretty new, as we only find this website and relevant post after we got the letter from PB and facing the same problem.
  6. Hi babyPanda, Thanks for sharing the details. They declined my offer and said I can pay their demanded fees by installments...did they turn down your offer initially??
  7. Hi babypanda, thanks for your update and sharing the information, and glad to hear that your matter is now settled. I am also trying to negotiate with them, please can you kindly share the final undertaking that you signed as I am not sure to what extent and content I should ask them to amend the undertaking before I could sign it without liability. I would appreciate if you can kindly provide me your email address so that we can exchange information there?? as I am really panic now and worry about this matter every day. Thanks in advance!
  8. They claim on their website they act for BMW, quoted below: LEGAL 500 (2012 edition) - "palmer biggs legal acts for the likes of Nike, Converse, BMW and Cath Kidston..."
  9. They do have partner and also some solicitors working for them: http://www.lawsociety.org.uk/find-a-...1&searchType=L Please keep me posted on what you plan to do with their letters. Thanks!
  10. They seems real solicitors and legal firm, but I doubt if they really got instructions from their so-called "clients". My guess is they are working voluntarily on these brands behalf and trying to get as much "out of court" settlement from us small ebay traders.
  11. Hi guys, Received a registered post with piles of papers from this same solicitor PM Legal, demanding 1000 pounds + compensation, in the same situation as Dempsey40. Can anyone received same letters update any outcome or solution? Thanks!
