Thanks for quick reply. There is a question in the citizenship form (FORM AN), point 3.8, it says "3.8 Do you have any civil judgments against you or any civil penalty under the UK Immigration Acts?" Here my concern is whether this fine is classified as Civil Penalty or not. If it is, then do we not need to declare it?

hi mate, i am in the same situation as you were in June. Applying for citizenship and got RLP couple of months back. Was wondering if you disclose or not about this incident in the Good character questions and if not, whether it was disclosed by RLP or whether it did come up?
