Hi it was taken out in 2000 debt is 5 figures not sure what is charges. Had it in dispute for 3 years due to the dn and the cca is a poor copy. Lowell have said send a subject request to the co- op which I will and have done before on the last request I did they did not send a copy of the dn I had they said they didn't have it.

Hi it was co-op bank ex northern rock credit card with a default notice giving 14 days from start to finish and a termination notice issued on the same day .

I made a SAR request paid £10.00 they sent me nothing apart from a copy of letters I had sent them then said I had to go back to the original company

Hello I wondered if anyone could answer this question for me. If a DCA buys your account do they have to have a cca to prove the debt? My account was sold to Lowell and the say they hold no information before the date of purchase. Thank you
