I have sold two items on ebay. On both occasions I selected a reserve price. On both occasions the bids increased until the reserve was reached then the high bidder retracted their bid. When I complained to ebay and gave them proof of this activity, nothing was done. Do they care about sellers? or do they just want totake the listing fees ?.

Thank you for your reply. I was about to bin the receipt but decided to check it. There were four items on the receipt so I couldn't believe they had o/chg'd. I am off to Tesco with receipt & wrappings. It's going to be a good day.
