    hello, I had the same problem with the same company, if there is no equity in your flat then you can offer an extra 6 months of payments instead and if the creditors accept then you don't have to remortgage. This is what I did.

    Hello Jane, I know how u feel, my ex was a violent alcoholic, u are doing the right thing in splitting up, stay strong. U can apply for another iva, just make sure u are only paying your debts and not his as well. Good luck
