  1. Thanks for your prompt replies, and I agree that it`s best not to appeal. I am bogged down filling in an Esa for another brother who has bipolar affective disorder, I feel so sorry for people that do not have family support to help fill in forms, and are incapable of doing it themselves.
  2. Thanks for your replies. Just one more question what is the worst thing that could happen if I appeal, do they put you on an appeal rate of payment, or insist on a medical, or even worse lose your entitlement. many thanks
  3. No he doesn`t get DLA and he has no other income and lives alone with no dependants
  4. Hi there, yes he was put in wrag group and I feel he should be in support group. Does it make much difference if I don`t appeal as he has 24months prognosis will he be on esa income based after 365 days contribution based and can you be on esa longer
  5. Brother has learning difficulties and has been transferred from IB to contributions based ESA with out medical and prognosis of 24mnths. Is it worth appealing
