  1. Unfortunatly for him He will have to wait till the market picks up then and in the mean time it's not affecting you so I wouldn't worrie
  2. If the property is going down the repossession route, he will not be able to sell the property. He sounds like he wants to keep his credit good.
  3. He seems as though he wants the payments to be up to date therefore will not let the payments get behind hence him letting and wanting to sell, if it does not get payed it will go down the repossession route which again sounds like he does not want, so just ignore him, he will have to get solicitors involved which means him spending a great deal of money ;-)
  4. I think she means she did not sign anything to do with the property being let, I'm in the same position but after 2yr the ex still has not been in contact about a sale of the property, I suppose I have the joys to come!... In the mean time he obviously does not want his credit file going down the swanny!... He can't sell with out your signature so just ignore him n make it as difficult as possible for him ;-), that's what my fiancés ex is doing to him n there is nothing we can do!!...except spend a massive amount of money on a court order to get it signed over to him!
  5. Hi, This is a very long story, so I will cut it as short as I can. My fiancé has been trying to get his ex off his mortgage for 2yr now, he is at the point where the mortgage company has agreed and sent all the paper work to sign, however my fiancés ex is very very unwilling to cooperate, she had not payed the mortgage for the last year of her living in the property, despite saying she would as she had every intension of removing his name and owning the property her self despite being in thousands and thousands worth of debt, she finally moved out leaving the house run to the ground and we had to pay £3000 of arears to stop it getting repossessed as this was happening and to bring it up to date, also pay the next 6 months mortgage to prove we could afford it which we have. She says she is not interested in the property and we have an email that she sent to prove it but when it comes to signing anything it does not happen, the solicitor has sent letters with no reply, my fiancé managed to get hold of her via phone and she said she would ring them but that's never happened, were at a dead end, she will never sign all she does is lie lie and lie some more. How does a court order work and how much will it cost?... Please help... We have have her too many chances and has gone in for far too long now... Unfortunately it appears she is still trying to hang in to my fiancé ! Any help would be greatly appreciated Thank you
