I placed 2 orders on 13th Jan 2013 and am still waiting. I have tried phoning them from 3 different numbers 20-30 times but it just rings 5 times then cuts off. I have also tried going through their support section to be told they will chase up the warehouse. I have ordered from them before and they have never managed to deliver within the 5-10 business days. I only ordered this time because it was 30% off and I thought I should give them another chance. I don't want a refund, I want what I ordered for the price I paid within the time period they claim!!!
