I keep giving them 2nd chances and was going to order something again from the 40k range, but seems they aren't learning and still have **** poor issues with delivery times.

Maelstrom Games were apparently being naughty. They knew they were losing money and close to going bust yet kept taking orders and purchasing a new building. Apparently them going bust in that going bankrupt way would of been bad for the industry, so Wayland Games stepped in, bought Maelstrom's debt and forced them to pay it sooner rather than later. Obviously Maelstrom couldn't pay it, forcing them into official admin. Which apparently was better for the industry than them going outright bust. All that info is on Wayland games site. And regarding Total Wargamer, they can be trusted but don't ever expect to get your goods on time, they are very poor on that. Used them many times, always late and always an excuse why they were late, yet I'm still forced to pay the full p&p.
